Phi Phi Longtail Boat will always strive to supply our customers with the best experience and service possible.

With every reservation we also like to provide you with the proper information of refund and cancellation policies.

REFUND POLICY

Cancellations Made in Advance:
  • 100% Refund: For cancellations made more than 1 month before the scheduled trip date.
  • 50% Refund: For cancellations made between 48 hours and 1 month before the scheduled trip date.
Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before the Trip or No-Show:
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip or for no-shows.
Cancellations Due to Weather:
  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel your trip due to bad weather, we will offer you the option to reschedule or provide a full refund. Once you start your trip we can’t provide any refund.
Last-Minute Illness or Inability to Attend:
  • Unfortunately, if you fall sick last minute and are unable to attend, we cannot provide refunds or rescheduling, as all services for the day are pre-booked and paid for.
  • If you wish to reschedule for another day, a new reservation and full payment will be required.

NO REFUND OR CHANGE OF DAY IS POSSIBLE IF CLIENT DOES NOT SHOW, OR CANCELS the DAY OF RESERVATION.
